With a majority of Ohio counties reporting their final numbers (including provisionals), President Bush has picked up a net of about 5,000 votes from his total on election night.
It would appear that Sen. Kerry would need to pull around 180 percent of the remaining provisional ballots to overcome President Bush’s current margin of roughly 140,000 votes.
