Rumors around some conservative circles have it that tomorrow Supreme Court Justice William Rehnquist will announce retirement and Bush will nominate Judge Emilio Garza to be the first Hispanic Supreme Court Justice.
Others say that Bush will save Garza for a O’Connor retirement, either way, keep your eyes on Emilio Garza, a very likely Supreme Court nominee.
