		<description>I'm all for upping the cap on H1B's, but I also think they need to look at some other things as well. 1) Not giving people the boot after 6 years, and 2) Making it easier for that person to become a resident &#38; settle here.

There is usually a lot of investment with time, money, and business logic or IP for a H1B employee.  Why would you want them to go back to their country after X years?  I don't think you could ask for a more perfect immigrant.</description>
