		<description>Developing countries often do things that developed countries wouldn't, like flirt with inflation, with hopes that it will help development.

I'm probably the only person who is happy gas prices are rising.  I guess it's the hippie in me.  Less people are driving and looking into other forms of transportation. ;P</description>
