If anyone can find one editorial complaining about the hundreds of terrorists tried (and convicted) in civilian courts before Obama took office, particluarly under the Bush Admin. I will feel otherwise, but so far I can't. In fact many people like Guilinani spoke in support of trying Mossoui and Reid in civilian court when the Bush Admin. made these decisions. Plus administration officials from Bush's term including Cheney and Mukasey have spoken out now against this while never speking out against this practice under Bush.
