The Boston Globe interviews an abortion Doctor:
I have the utmost respect for life; I appreciate that life starts early in the womb, but also believe that I’m ending it for good reasons. Often I’m saving the woman, or I’m improving the lives of the other children in the family. I also believe that women have a life they have to consider. If a woman is working full-time, has one child already, and is barely getting by, having another child that would financially push her to go on public assistance is going to lessen the quality of her life. And it’s also an issue for the child, if it would not have had a good life. Life’s hard enough when you’re wanted and everything’s prepared for. So yes, I end life, but even when it’s hard, it’s for a good reason.
God bless her soul. The compassion, the sincerity, the sacrifice, all for the betterment of society. Imagine how horrible we would be if we didn’t have people like this caring abortion Doctor? We would certainly have (God forbid) more unwanted poor children. All those kids living in Compton, growing up in the inner cities, and being such a burden on the rest of the country. With their high crimes and welfare dependency. We all know the world would be so much better off without all them stinken poor people. And this abortion doctor has the courage to do something about it! We all owe her a debt of gratitude.
Imagine, what would America be like without good liberals like her? God forbid the we be deprived of such kind hearted souls who care so much about society and always sacrifice themselves for others.
Liberals, the ones who truly care about the poor.

Okay, so I know we will never agree on this but if you remember correctly, this is exactly what I said awhile back when we debated abortion…so being that your sarcasm is pointedly poignant, how about giving a true response? Bringing people into a world where their odds are already below the line doesn’t seem worth it, no one wants to struggle. Don’t get me wrong, some protection method should have been used prior to it ever coming to this…but in a world where men solicit women for sex with ridiculous pick up lines, maybe a new one should be, “Hey baby, how about we get pregnant, and then I leave you decide what do about it.”

You’re right Shelonda. I completely see your wisdom. Only, let’s not stop there, we should drive through Compton and kill every poor Black and Mexican kid of age 2 and below too. Because afterall, the same problem applies to them.
The reason you would disagree with my solution above, is the same reason I disagree with your statement above.
Haha…i KNEW that was coming…so let’s just say for the record that when the sperm enters the egg…there is no poof and then a baby appears– there is a growth process…i have witnessed this first hand when my mother had to deliver a fetus 5 months early due to an amniocentisis risk…when that fetus was delivered it looked like a baby- but had nothing inside, no lungs, no heart…etc…and that fetus died. Point being, aborting a fetus and killing a two year old toddler…are two totally different things.
That is a sad story. I am sorry to hear that.
However, I think there must have been something specifically wrong with that baby, as early as 21 days after conception an infant already has a beating heart.
And this is what a 5 month old ‘fetus’ looks like.
